Mine did once and I had to replace both of my hubs. Now they are solid and do not move when off the ground. If you have good/new hubs and it does that, then you got bad joints.

Thanks for those videos. When I meant the tires rotated I didn't mean like in those videos. I checked the tire for any play and it was fine. I think the rotation I'm noticing is the control arms lowering and the suspension extended making the tires look like they are rotating in
