You're right,it's the people getting rich off of those oil companies that dictate the price.Don't be fooled into thinking anything else.Thats just what they want you to think.

But as I stated, the facts are still 11.7 Billion in profits! Thats a NET!!!

You have a nicer day.

Hammer I should also add that I've since stopped using the mobil 1 and switched to royal purple & amsoil... in the current commute ride ('01 vw jetta 1.8 turbo), the mobil 1 lost its smoothness after about 3k miles (i'm on a 5k change interval). when I switched it to the RP oil (lighter weight even) it never looses the smoothness I get when I 1st do the oil change.

The tcw3 2 stroke oil... I get it by the gallon @ walmart for about $8 bux ea. I'll give it a shot in the vw... I go thru a tank in 2 days so it'll be a quick test and should have an answer in no time. Probably would be next week. I'll do 2 oz per tank (tanks about 13~14 gal). again, it's hella hard to keep the foot out of it... I'll have to use cruise

Make sure you have your magic magnets in place on the fuel rail, use 3oz of Acetone, and have your HHO converter set up properly on the Jetta, Steve. You will get the most AMAZING mileage ever!!!!

lol, roger that Gary. btw... the wizz bang fuel cooler works great on the J, still need to insulate the rail as it does still get heat soaked at lights on hot days...

and also, I'm going to run the test using the 2 stroke... I already know the acetone is a joke...

Just thought I would ad a few links to tests done on Acetone in Gasoline.

Now I have never used this in my gas,nor have I seen any proof of the claims, but since this thread was started, and seems to have so much of a controversial opinion on it's use,I just figured I would keep it going.
