In keeping with the KISS principle, have someone stand by your tailpipe while you are cranking the engine and see if there is pressure coming out the end. You stated you were pulled out of water/mud backwards. Odds are mud got into the pipe and solidified while you were driving. As kids we would put a potatoe into someones exhaust pipe and they would drive for a bit and the car would crap out. They will not run if they can't breath. Good luck!

I have to agree! The exhaust is plugged. As far as it overheating, that could have caused another prob. But I would remove the exhaust, cat back and see how it runs.

ok well i took everyones thoughts nd put it into one, i unpluged the front o2, still ran the same but with it pluged iin or not, when i removed the o2 sensor, NOW BEING ABLE TO BREATHE, truck runs fine, doesnt have the power it should but it will go and doesnt overheat now. so i am going to do alittle work on the truck either today or tomorrow, i am cutting th eexhaust just after the cat, gutting it, and putting a single 2 1/2 inch pipe on and stopping it before the axle, should breathe just fine with that, and it sould sound good too

Glad it was just the plugged exhaust. They sure do run nice when they can breath right.
