Throttle Body Spacers
they do not work on are trucks, because we have a TB.. all they do is look good. if you think i'm not right use the search button and you find alot of info on tb spacers

Throttle body spacers don't work because we use an open intake manifold design that uses Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) as opposed to Mass Air Flow (MAF) air metering to determine fuel trims.
The air coming through the TB and the spacer hits a big open space in our manifolds (the plenum or "Keg" area) and any increased velocity, twisting, spiraling, rifling, or whatever else the TB spacer manufacturer claims the spacer does gets nullified when it hits that large open space. Then the air stops and waits for the intake valve to open and load the combustion chamber with a charge of air and fuel.

dodgeram07 is correct in that the TB only allows a metered amount of air thru and unless you're at wot, those "twister" ribs they put in won't even come into play, but it's the bottom end of the intake that really undoes all the "work" they do.
