Default Cyl 2 & 4 misfire

Ok, so about a week age i was going down the road, and the motor started too feel like it was loping and it was losing power. The CEL light would flash anytime i put a load on it. It felt like it was missing. I took it to Autozone, to get it checked, and it said that i had a cylnder 2 & 4 missfire.

Today i got to work on the truck(yay!), checked all the plugs, fine. So i went to Napa and bought a new brass cap, rotor, and coil(they were prolly about to go any way). I got them all put in, started the truck and it didnt lope anymore. Went down the road to see if it would come back(missing), and it didnt. The truck acually had a LOT more power than before, it did a pretty sweet spin-out when i got on it, too! I went back home, and as soon as I pulled into my driveway, it started to miss again! F@CK, I was so PISSED!!!!!

So, what know?
Cracked head?
Plenum Blown?
Bad Injectors?
IDK?

The truck has never smoked(anything but tires!). The plenum doesnt look all that bad, but like i said before, it has never smoked before and ran great before this $hit popped up. This truck is eaisly the best vehicle my dad has ever owned, but im afraid that it might start taking dumps on us.

It has 169,000 miles on her. With a 318
Thanks guys

pull your cap off and look under it and see if there are any black lines under it like where the spark is skipping from one spot to another it will look like a burned black line.
