Not sure if anyone checks this still but can someone please explain where to find the door unlock and lock wires cause I google searched the **** out of it and one website said it was one color and the other said it was a different color and I'm really confused as to we're to find them

 

Drives side footwell, where the harnesses come in from the door. Grab the 01 service manual, have a look at the wiring diagrams. That will tell ya which wires you are looking for.

 

I have a 99 and I took the kick planel off to try to see the wires comin in and the are all taped up and I can't get to them cause the comin and the go behind a metal peace and then disappear

 

I found the harness but it doesn't work any idea what to try

 

Dodge does strange things for their power locks...... your remote start should have specific instructions for it.... should.....

 

The remote start just came with a list of what wire went where and I used that because there was a previous one in there that died. But when I needed help I found a installation manual on google but it didn't give an specifics about the door locks

 

Grab the 01 service manual from the faq section here, and check out the wiring diagrams for the power locks..... (yeah, that's a real spaghetti mess....) Might give you some insight on what needs to happen.
