Where in snow country are you? And do they do regular passenger car tires as well? (IE Subaru.)

Since I am here in Truckee snow country as well.

This is the first time I have heard of this company. It will be interesting to see how they hold up. I kinda wish they made them in my stock size 275/70/R17's but Im sure I could bump up to a 285/70 no problem.

Your only using a "used" sidewall...the tread is manufactured no different than the brand new tires you order, so nothing you riding on is used unless your speaking of the sidewall...and all sidewalls come in bulk order dealers.

No, they are treated no different than a non retread. The tires come with a two year 24,000 mile warranty. The rubber is rated as a 40-60K tread. There was one recorded case of a uneven wear on a toyota forum. They sent him 4 new tires for free....

As I continue the work, you can be sure there will be updates. You could definitely do 285s no problem...I have the level kit, tires, and 4.56s & master rebuilds on the way, so i have some work ahead of me...

Actually the subarau forester (wifes car) the tires are 215s. The only problem ihave (or think i have) with retread are the shredded ones you see on the side of the road from the big rigs. But please keep us informed.
