Do not get the procomp tuner. PM a guy named HEMIFEVER and he will sell you the SCT x2 with 3 tunes for 275:
87 octane with torque management taken out
91 octane
93 octane

But before you do that:
Get this:

AND THIS
http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/p...b&partid=23039

AND THIS:
Stant premium thermostat 180*: $4.97 PN: 45358 from www.rockauto.com
also:
With water neck gasket.

Any 180* thermostat will do. i got the jet performance one from summit. Get the all stainless steel ones.

You can just get the programmer and a 180* thermostat until you do the plenum repair. But if it is blown, then you will not get NEARLY enough out of the engine.

Best to get all the parts and spend the 450 to do it. Rockauto should be where you get all of your factory type sensors, gaskets, and parts. if it is not a PERFORMANCE part, get it from www.rockauto.com

The Pro Comp "PowerPro" and "AccuPro" are both private label packaging from Hypertech Inc. equal to the Max Energy and the Speedo Cal units.
