Default Procomp programer+ death flash

Hey everyone im new to this forum, just wanted to say hi and was wondering if anyone knew if the procomp tuner takes off the death flash... i have not seen anyone post anything about this tuner so hopfully someone knows, thanks.

never heard of the procomp tuner. gonna have to check it out.

all tuner get rid of the death flash. my superchip 3815 did and also the hypertech max energy that i had first did.

just to add, i like the superchip 3815 better.

and everyone on here raves about the sct tuner. i will be trying it before to much longer.

Thanks yea it was on sale for like $300 on 4wheelparts.com and it reprograms the computer so hopefully it takes care of the death flash

i just searched the heck out of it. it seems kinda funny that it has the same part # as the hypertech max energy.#52000. i am thinking it it the same. this is just a guess though. it looks like it does the same stuff. maybe someone else will chime in with first hand experience.

just to add you can find used tuners for a pretty good price. just make sure they are not vin# locked.

yea now that you say that i think it said something like hypertech on the back... ill have to check tomorrow.

Just noticed your sig...with a 8" lift and 35" tires, I'd say you really need to get rid of that death flash.

Yea its pretty bad... i have 4.56s for it i just havn't got them in yet im hoping that that will help a lot
