I dont think that I have ever driven the truck under 15 mph.
I was looking at getting some amber or yellow bulbs or films(but that would ruin the style)

Ok, then i will. I like them. They fill the small gap between my Headlights and the road. They make my truck's bumper look complete. I did'nt like the way the truck looked w/o them. And I liked the way th stockers look, so here i am. Ive already realized that these lights are(were) not a waste. They have been on here for a while, know, using a Walmart harness, and they worked great! Eventually, I will add a light bar, and some KC lights. But for now, these will do.

Fog lights are for FOG, not for style.

I Acually care about how my truck looks.
There is something called "Form and Function." Guess you've never heard of it.

"Fog lights are yellow, specifically, selective yellow. They are designed to be used in foul weather, at speeds below 15 mph, with your headlights OFF."

NOPE
Fog lights are fog lights because they have a wide flat beam that will light up the road but not shine up high enough to reflect as much glare as regular headlight patterns will. Driving lights shine farther down the road and help your high beams. What is "selective yellow?" And try explaining to a highway patrolman why you are driving without headlights on. If you need to stay below 15 mph, you might as well be parked.

I'm sure I don't know much, but after 25 years of writing tickets I never lost a case.

Thank you!!!
I dont know where he got "fog lights are to be used at speeds under 15 MPH, with the Headlights off." That doesnt make much sense, because they work great going 55MPH down a road, just dark, with my Headlights on. I use them because my headlights really SUCK.
This is the definition of Selective Yellow:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_yellow

You are a ****ing idiot, and I don't care if you are a cop. You have no ****ing clue what you are talking about. Fog lights are a wide short beam that light up the immediate foreground. They are not for lighting up anything above 5 inches off the deck.

Selective yellow is a pure yellow beam, as yellow light does not saturate in fog like halogen and other color temps do.

Fog lights are useless when driving down the road in clear conditions. You should'nt be looking immediately in front of your vehicle, rather 3-5 seconds down the road at the very minimum. Your headlights illuminate what is at that range. Using fog lights in these conditions decreases your nightvision, and causes you to see LESS on the road.
