Caught me slipping! I meant the On Posistion but said Start... I mix my words up constantly.

If you have Spark and fuel pump kicks on I would check the airbox like APA said, something may of gotten in there. I would check the fuel pressure too, I think you can rent the tool form Autozone for that.

Also look inside yoru tailpipe, maybe someone decided to play a joke on you and stuff a rag or something in there, I did that to my friend once had him stuck for hours.... lol

before you go draining your tank, I'd removed the intake box compleatly, inspect the
throttle body and attempt to crank the truck while someone sprayed a lil starting fluid
down the TB. Also remember, just b/c u have spark does not mean it's strong enough. I delt w/ this last week in my truck , ended up be weak spark, new coil and she runs great. I was a crank/no start also.

If you have gas with 10% Etahnol mix you would probably not need dry gas since it is alcohol also. However that being said if you did get bad gas it has already soaked up water and will give you running problems, but I don't think you would have gotten enough to not let you start.
Try connecting another spark plug laying up on the block to one of your spark plug leads and see what the spark looks like at a plug. It is possible that the plug wires have broken down and are not conducting as they should. The primary lead itself which you tested seldom goes bad, but the actual plug wires frequently do.

P.S. when i check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail what should it be?

ABOUT 45 PSI AT THE RAIL IIRC

Did you try to start it w/ starter fluid yet?

i disconnected the intake and sprayed starting fluid and nothing changed, so i took a spark plug out so i could see if it had spark and the quality of the spark, and it had spark, as for the quality of the spark it seemed fine but i really didn't know what to look for. so if you could give me a description of a good spark?
