Better have a look down your throttle body. See if you have oil accumulating inside the intake. Misfires are generally the first outward sign of a blown plenum.

The problem with "Misfire" codes are they are named incorrectly. It would be more appropriate to call it a mis-detonation.

It can be caused by a plug, a wire, faulty or improper fuel, or oil/plenum problems. If there's a faulty or clogged injector it will also come up as a "misfire".

Check to make sure the wire is routed correctly.
Check the plug and replace it or swap it with another cylinder and see if the miss follows it.
Check the injector with a noid
Check fuel pressure.

Dodge recommends using a standard copper plug if you use the quantem or the high end plugs you have to buy a set of plug wires with a resistor built into them to fire those correctly
