I have a 2000 dodge ram2500 wont start if the data link wire is connected on vp44 connector on pin 2 has active code 364 have checked pin 2 fuel pump connector to pin13 has .1 ohms pin 1 fuel pump to 23 ecm is .1 ohm is open to all other pins if you remove either wire off pin 1or 2 engine will run as soon as you touch wire engine dies . have tried new ecm does same thing any ideas??

 

May wanna post this in the diesel section as well..... Not too many diesel guys around here any more. Used to have a couple, but, haven't seen 'em for a while.
