im not sure on exactly what size a 285/75/16 is i think 33? is that right. but thats what i have and mine rub on the control arm when i turn the wheel all the way. thinks thats and issue or am i wrong . sorry to jack the thread dont think its neccesary to start a new one for a small question

yes a 285/75/16 is a metric size, but its also referred to as a 33, and about it rubbing, im not sure about a 33 but a 35 with a stock offset wheel rubs at almost full lock.

One thing I would check before I bought them would be that I could fit a 15in rim over my brake rotors. You can deal with a lil rub until you get a leveling kit or what not but if you cant even get 15in rims on your truck, that would be a bad thing.

the levelling kit wont stop the rubbing. the tires hit the outside of the control arms, the only way to stop it is to push the tire outward (using a more negative offset wheel) or using control arms that are set inside the frame rails more, which i dont even know exist.

yeah, my 33's rub on the control arm with the stock wheels, thats why im getting new wheels as soon as I get my credit card payed off....
