disc in the front drum in the back, rear drum last along time.. with 128,000 should been on it's 3rd pair of shoes at least (about 40,000 mile per pair).. i wouldn't replace the rotors if they weren't bad.... does the brake peddle go in and out when braking?? or pullleft or right?? make noise??

Depends how you drive as to how long they last as well as where you live. I do a lot of stop n go city driving. Both my Indy & V10 40k miles was it for the rotors, pads still had life in them but changed it all.
Drum life is based on condition (surface cracks) and inside diameter (how much is left) I got a set of EBC dimple/slotted rotors for both my V10 & Indy. Used Powerstop extreme duty pads on the V10 and Firehawk ferrocarbon for the Indy.
The ebc rotors arent cheap and have heard a bunch say they made a groaning sound while braking them in. On my V10, never heard a peep from them so I dont know if the others installed them right or what.
Indy rotors were $260, the V10 $209. (Summit/shipping OMFG!!!)
Cant remember cost on the pads

If you do the pads you should do the rotors. I think factory rotors warp kinda easy, but
thats just me. I've put powerslot rotors on my truck and my last suv with hawk pads and
they have worked very very well. When I put powerslots and hawks at all four corners of
my '98 jimmy they gripped so hard that under foot to the floor braking the abs couldn't
keep up.
