New exhaust, headers, gut the cat, cut the cat out, or get a high flow cat, new tb, probably holley or fastman, do a tuneup, all new sparkplugs, 8.5 mm wire(stock is 7mm), new cap and rotor, Do a fuel system cleanout, I felt like I was driving a new truck when I did that, 1.7 harland sharp roller rockers, 4.10 gears depending on what tires you have, but even so, still, 4.10 gears, paint the engine components(+5 hp as long as its not ford blue) electric fan, 408 stroker, procharger supercharger, but that stuff might be leaving your idea of performance mods, your looking more bolt on

yea im looking more bolt on right now. as far as supercharger, that will be much later down the road when i get the money to do so. i plan on doing headers, dual exhaust(possible straight pipe?) i was looking into radiator fans like you said, so thats a possibility. probably a new tb as well...i dont know if i'll do anything with the gears right yet, they'll probably stay where they're at for now. and as far as tune-up(spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor) that'll probably be done as well...i appreciate the info! thanks! any other "bolt-ons" i can do? appreciate all the help guys.

Heres what I have found to be the most beneficial on a magnum powered truck and in order of importance. Of course first step is to make sure your baseline package is runnin right with a good tune up and systems check of all your sensors, replace any that need it.

1.Exhaust, headers, no cat and good free flowin muffler
2.CAI
3.Mopar perf PCM or after market tuner
4.3pc Underdrive pulley set
5.Elec fan setup
6.trans cooler
7.shift kit
8.steeper gears and a posi
9.You can put roler rockers here, but I'm not a fan of them
10.cam, springs, but that all depends what you want to do and this can cause a chain reaction of parts needed to make it all work right together.
11.Throttle body, but never felt the need to do that on my trucks. Just don't see the need on a mild bolt on truck or think there's much gain on this part, but others might disagree.
