Swap in some gears instead. Go with some 4:56 or 4:88 gears and smile again!
Anything is possible and to swap in a Hemi I'm sure is but that comes at a price (likely a BIG one). Gears are far cheaper than a Hemi swap would be and will yield an equally surprising result, especially with 36" tires.
My .02.

i didnt know any 2500s came with a 5.2.
Gears would be a good idea anyway. If you're going to match 35" tires to that 5"lift, you'll probobly want to get a set of 4.56s
If you are still wanting more power after the gears, you can either swap in a 5.9 which has a considerable amount more torque, or you can stroke either your 5.2, or a 5.9. Any of these would be much easier and cheaper than doing a HEMI swap..... but not nearly as cool. If you have unlimited money, do the HEMI! lol
