Idle problem

I have a 98 1500 4x4 that just turned 250,000 miles. I use it when theres snow and mostly in the woods getting firewood. I have had periodic issues with it idling rough and then dying. this occurs if it sits idling for a while. A few times it will not idle at all. If you take your foot out of the gas it will die. It has been dead in the morning a few times recently and after charging the battery it will not idle at all. I had the battery load tested and it checked out fine. I checked the fuses and found the o2 fuse blown and corroded. I cleaned that up and replaced the fuse and it ran fine for 1 day and then went back to not idling. I have read here that it might be a dirty throttle body so I will be checking that out next.
I noticed today that it started fine, but when it had warmed up the idle problem came back. Any ideas?

Just clean the whole Throttle Body with some carb cleaner after you've pulled the 3 sensors and the linkage off. There's a step-by-step here (#37) If you notice a lot of build up on the the IAC plunger and want to clean the IAC sensor plunger, don't even use a cloth, just keep spraying it until it's clean. Those plungers are so sensitive and prone to breaking, I wouldn't mess with it.
