Alright. i'm not a mechanic by any means so don't laugh at me for askin but is the throttle sensor easy to get to and replace. I'm gonna look at that and the iac thing that zman was talkin about too if yall think it will help.

yessir it is.

if your standing on your bumper looking down at your throttle body, its the sensor on the right side directly inline with the butterfly valves. the IAC is the one directly on the back side of the Throttle body

for sure, the plus side of those two, is they are pretty cheap (30-40 dollars) so its not the end of the world just to try it

hahaha i'll keep mine stock. i like the stock look for our trucks. anyhoos, i went to nappa auto parts and explained this whole problem with the guy at the front and he said the sensor's could be the problem and it could also be the fuel filter stuff in the tank. So i drove down to the dodge dealership and explained to them the problem and they said that they eliminated the fuel filter in our trucks and most of their cars when they redesigned our trucks in 94 and that the filter screen in the tank rarely ever goes bad, the same for the pressure canister thing on top of the tank. So i'm back at the conclusion to go ahead and replace the tps and the iac which are 56 and 69 bucks respectively. should i replace one first and see if it helps or do both at the same time?

Did you try cleaning first? Even if you replace one or both, you'll want to clean the TB where they install to. I'd go with the IAC first if cleaning doesn't help.
