What grade fuel to use?

Before I asked what mileage I could expect with my magnum V10 I used the search function.
It brought up a thread called something like
"what mileage are you getting?"
I read through the first 5 pages and there seemed to be every type truck in there excpet my V10.
In those 5 pages I kept seeing "16.5" "11" "13" with "21" "8" being the two extremes.
I have no idea what models they were, I'm sure some were for competition, some were hotrods some for pulling, all I know was I didnt see any V10 so I posted the question.
