It was quite of a bittersweet deal. Had the truck looked like it does today when I bought it two years ago, it would have been a great deal. But I lacked knowledge of the vehicle world, and bought a mud toy that was beaten to death and then abandoned because it needed a new transmission. I dumped all of my earnings into restoring every part of that truck; ranging from the body, drivetrain, and chassy. I just ran into a lot of bad stuff with that truck. The businesses I dealt with, the people I met because of the truck, just all really negative things. I sold the truck not because it wasn't pretty, or not because it wasn't powerful enough, but because it represented a very dark slate of my life. These last two years have been the worst of my short life, and I still am going through some pretty tough times mentally. I really needed to do this for myself. I feel like it has lifted a void off my chest; financially and mentally.

I'm just going to keep hunting hard for the perfect deal and the perfect truck. I want this to be a fresh slate in my life. Vehicles mean a lot to me, so finding the right vehicle will be the start of trying to start fresh. For now, I just need to be patient, and not settle until I'm completely satisfied. It's been a fun run, and I will keep you all updated.

Well man sorry to hear that it is gone, best of luck finding your next truck. I hope that the truck you buy you will be very happy with. And like said before if your buddy has problems with the truck post up a question here and we'll help out.

It wasn't a total bust just remember that. You learned alot about trucks and stuff. Got some very good tech and great advice from alot of good people. Not to mention you met alot of cool people on here. You take the good with the bad partner, there was alot of bad with the truck but there was also some good. You learned some valuable lessons on how to take care of a vehicle.

Again good luck, see ya around.

Good luck Ram360, hope you have better luck with your next vehicle.

Lets hope viper goes and buys a 1 ton Toyota and rids us of his stupidity.

This forum needs a button that allows you to block messages/threads from certain users. This is only the second thread I've seen Viper post on, but that's enough for me. I've just read my last Viper posting... and damn... I feel smarter already...go figure.

Lol? So because I don't buy into fanboyism I'm somehow stupid? Since when does not following the crowd make someone stupid?

God, the redneck kids on this forum are too funny sometimes.

this forum does have it. you can click the user cp on the black row of links at the top of the page, and when the page loads you can look on the left hand of the screen for a link that says edit ignore list.... It is a very useful tool sometimes
