Angry Im Fumming!!

Ok so i bought my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 on Dec 10 2008 and it was Certified(saftey) and E-Tested, So i decided to sell it because i cant afford the gas so long story short i am selling it cert and etested and brought it to canadian tire to get it re-certified and TURNS OUT that the muffler is completly f*cked, needs new coil springs, and new upper and lower ball joints. Do you think all this sh*t could go wrong or did the dealer just f*ck me over?
ohh ya the coil springs are broken

Sounds like the dealer bent you over and gave it to you good.....if all that was wrong with it...it definately wasn't "certified"....did they have a guarentee on the certification you can go back on to be reimbursed for repairs???

Unless you were jumping the truck or something crazy you got burned.
But you should have checked that stuff before you bought it.

It's not your fault it happened, but it is your fault you let it happen to you.
Do they have lemon laws, or a Better Business Bureau in Canada? I don't know anything about Canadian law.

The ball joints and muffler are wearable/consumable items. My truck is a 2WD and it needs ball joints at 100,000 miles. Your coil springs were probably broken due to abuse or collision damage. Did you run a carfax on it before you bought it?

No the dealer only gave me a 30 warrenty, my dad and mom went to new york for a day or 2 and my dad is a tech at a different canadian tire so my dad is going to look at it and see if the mechanic is screwing me or if the dealer did.

How do you not realize that you have broken coils?

I guess i will have to call up the dealer and tell him to fix it or i will report him for not certifying vehicles properly. How much would this cost without labour if anyone knows?
