Default Replacing calipers and rotors tmw, suggestions?

So i got my calipers pads and rotors from NAPA today. is there anything else i sould look at while i've got everything off? i know i should replace the hubs while im at it, however a money shortage is preventing that atm. what should i look for, and anything i should keep in mind when removing the calipers? thanks

and also, could worn wheel bearings cause a front end wobble? or is that cause by something else? shes got 112k on her if that helps...

You should get new bolts and slides.

Pull, clean, and repack the wheel bearings if you don't replace them.

I checked out these calipers, they come with new bolts and slides already.

im sure you mean the grease on the slides. cuz usually
brakes (aka friction) + grease =/= good

forgot to ask, is there a certain type of grease you recommend? probably a high-temp grease right?

Wheel bearing grease. That's how the can is labeled. Your FLAPS can help.

I thought our wheel bearings were sealed and couldn't be re-packed...I may have to do this myself.

Hmmm, you guys are driving 4x4's, and that's out of my territory. If that is the case, I would replace the wheel bearings. 112K miles and everything is already apart then go the extra expense for preventative maintenance.

That may be it...4x4. The only reason I asked is b/c everytime I've looked for replacement bearings all I've been able to find is the joint hub/bearing assy. I will still check, though...thx.

He has unit bearings (sealed) and they are probably shot. Before pulling the tire but after jacking it off the ground, grab said assembly and try wiggling it. You'll probably know right away if your bearings are bad, because any play is a no go.
I know your funds may be strapped but if your bearings are shot, now is good time to replace your front axle U-joints.
Ater 11 years I would think they're bad, or have been replaced already.

Thanks for the tips, what i'll probably do is use the core charge from the calipers to get new hubs. easiest way to get that done for me.
