It was TSB for a secondary hood latch. Mine doesnt have it either. I got a little letter in the mail a couple of months ago after I had the vin ran reminding me to have it looked at. I guess the factory one would wear out over time causing this incident to happen.
I dont think Dodge will charge anything for it. I havent taken mine down to them just for the simple fact that I dont like any of the dealers in my area, and I am not driving down to Oklahoma just for a hood latch.
