How many miles on your truck? Look in your PCV hose, any oil in there?

My truck was going thru THREE quarts a WEEK.... (less then 200 miles a week....) before the plenum replacement. After, I was still doing a quart a week..... replaced my crappy aftermarket PCV valve, with one from the dealer..... oil consumption dropped thru the floor. (and I know where it is going, still need to change my valve cover gaskets.)

My truck has 165K on it.

Hit the dealership, drop five bucks on a new PCV valve.
