Well their at proper torque, I just didn't follow the proper torquing pattern. Oh, well, I'll learn the hard way not to play "the man card" and read a manual first.

i still think you're going in the wrong direction.

if you're losing a significant amount of coolant into the oil, then it WILL show up on the dipstick as milky white. forget the tiny amount on the oil cap and breather. that's just condensation.

if you DONT have milky oil, then your compression test confirmed your heads, valves, head gaskets, and rings are good. so unless you've got white smoke pouring out the tail pipe, leave the heads alone...

your leak down test didn't show any leaks at 13psi. so maybe the leak develops at engine temp or higher pressures. this could still be the radiator, hose, etc. what pressure is your radiator cap.

My radiator cap is a 7 lb. I don't believe in a high pressure cap like 17 lb which the part store tries to sell me.

Maybe I will give the radiator dye a try.

cracked heads usually cause miss fires. I would check them over real good if you pull them off again.

I would rather not. I'm currently not receiving any misfire codes knock on wood. I mean the truck runs absolutely amazing. No hesitation, no pinging at WOT just raw power.

I've covered all my bases, engine wise and replaced parts for no reason. The thing that confuses me and others is the normal signs for lose of coolant into the engine aren't there.

The dipstick has no rust on it, no white smoke pouring out of the exhaust and I've changed my oil three times in the last month and the oil besides black and used doesn't show signs of oil/water mix.

Well the reservoir was on full Sunday and tonight it is basically empty. Just filled it back up with water for tomorrow.

If I am loosing coolant into my cylinders and going out the exhaust, it's at a rate that's not noticeable since I run the freeway everyday.

Since I don't know how long ago you did the engine work, is it possible there was air in the system and after draining the reservoir the system is full?
If not, how many times has the reservoir drained?
