Good on you for keeping a sense of humor through it all. I found that after all my injuries and surgeries that it is much better, mentally, to just laugh at it. Yeah, it's still painful most days, but if you lose your sense of humor you lose much more. I'll try to provide some comic relief when I can.

Yep, I'll take laughter over sitting around being miserable any day.

Those xrays were taken Tuesday night and I am sure had to do with the cutting procedure. I don't know for sure, didn't think to ask,LOL Here is one when they changed the wrap today. And like I said earlier, if anyone is offended or anything, I'll delete or have a mod delete them.

And btw, the "yes" is to make sure the correct foot is done, and the KR is the docs initials.

It's all good,. One day at a time you know. Thanks for asking. Sucks you gotta put the cast back on,(no movement at all) at least with an air cast you can a little. But it's all for the best in the long run, no pun intended, LOL. Looks like we both got some big time PT in our future. I start mine on Monday, just to keep the rest of the leg strong for when I get my new shoe.

in regards to the YES on your stump, that would really suck if they took the wrong one off...

...unless its chuck norris, then they could take both off...

...and he'd still be able to roundhouse kick you in the face
