Dude, I haven't even posted the pics from my neck, elbow and left leg surgeries. Don't want to gross anyone out or permanently scar the little kiddies.
Right now I am on a YZ250F. Sold my 450 last year. I ride a lot of different bikes in my work, but most of my injuries were from street bike crashes. One really bad one in 1998 in S. Carolina really messed up a lot of stuff.
After looking at that link you might be able to help my I got my YZ from some kid that never took care of it but he did not ride it much either but when I got the bike if I let it set for More than a day it would not start. I would have to take out the plug and clean it to get it to start. So I got the valves adjusted and that fixed it. But I am having trouble with a dead spot what would cause this I thought that it might have to big of jets in it. And someone took all the packing out of the pipe. Could you help me please it is hard to ride slow because of this. Thanks

Not hardly. Medical malpractice in CA practically requires you to either lose a limb, have a piece of surgical equipment left inside you or result in your death in order to be compensated. The doctor that messed up is a medicolegal expert and testifies in a lot of trials as plaintiff's expert. No lawyers wanted to take him on because of that. It is also a very common misdiagnosis with foot injuries and the ER doc made the same mistake. I really wish I could have gone after both of them.
It's amazing to me how in California there are so many stupid laws that work contrary to their intention. Many laws protect the ones that they shouldn't and other laws make it super easy for scammers to pull things. Unfortunately when you really need a law to help you, it hasn't been written yet. For the folks in other states, if you want to get a good laugh, just read through some of the many stupid laws California has (new more idiotic ones written every day). Sorry about the foot and your many misfortunes dude, and all you other guys who are f*cked up. Getting old is not fun, but some of you guys need to be more careful or you will never get old.
The problem is we have just too many people here and way too many that scam the system. Then laws have to be amended to protect the taxpayers from all these cheats and the truly injured people end up on the short end. Ultimately, the only ones making money are the lawyers and they do everything they can to protect their cash cows. I'm lucky because all my injuries were work-related and my employer was self-insured. If I had to depend on the state worker's comp. system I would be screwed big time.
