tint ticket

Default tint ticket

i received a tint ticket 20 days ago i have to go this friday to pay it
the lady in the court office told me that it wasnt a fix it ticket and that i couldnt fight it because i removed the tint right after recieving the ticket i tent registered a 15.1% on the scanner i think legal is 25
does any one have any tips of what i should do the ticket will cost 100 bucks
dang texas cops

head over to an eye doc real quik and tell him the suns hurtin your eyes.......were you pulled over for the tint or sumthin else? some states the tint can only be a secondary offense meaning you have to do something else wrong 1st

Just drive with the windows rolled down lol. My uncle passed inspection with limo tint that way.

Legal is 25%, but 25% tint usually registers on the scanner as 15% due to the factory "tint" that is placed on the glass, which is why I stuck with the 35%.

Oh and don't forget court fees on top of the ticket. When I got my speeding ticket, I got some sort of probationary period (forgot the term used), so they waived the ticket, but I still had to pay the $100 court fee.

i would tell the judge that it has been removed and maybe theyll cut you some slack



trey are you talking about advisement or advisory?....im on one right now for burnin tires, got a $120 ticket......last year i was on one for careless and prohibited driving(speeding in town) and i didnt have to pay the ticket or anything

ill have a court fee if i fight it im 17 but you dont have to go to court for a tint ticket i can just go in an pay it i just wanna find a way out of this dang thing parents already forcedd me to remove the tint so im already gonna have to give up some money for some new tint

I think it was called deferred adjudication. I can't get another traffic ticket for a 6 month period, otherwise the original ticket is put on my record and I have to pay the cost of both tickets.

And for my speeding ticket, it was like a $220 ticket or something, so I was glad to only have to pay court fees. (49 in a 30 lol)

Eric is right, it will help later down the road, but it wont help you right now unless you can get the doc to back date the script to before you got that ticket.
