I did many times and bought new rims with tires and even put them on my brothers ram to see if it was … nothing still the same

Any loose/sloppy parts in the steering? How are the suspension bushings?

The steering seams fine , if I turn my head I can see the bed on the driver side bouncing but someone else mentioned suspension saying it could travel down the frame
