For two guys it's going to take less than 8 hours if you coordinate it right and have all the parts you need. While one is taking parts off, the other can be cleaning them for re-installation, for example. Mark all hoses and wires with tape and take pix if you can. Have some cardboard so you can put bolts in the order they came out and put bolts back into brackets and such, and hold them in with tape. If you have some beers and take your time , it can easily be done ona weekend.

It takes an experienced mechanic (that doesn't rush and takes his time) approximately 6-8 hours.

If you've never done anything of this magnitude before, really take your time and allot a whole weekend for it.

I didn't have anyone else to help me with it, and I can't afford to be without the truck for more than 1 day, so I paid a local mechanic to do mine. Costs about $300-$400.

EDIT: Zman beat me to it.

i used to have a spectre CAI and i loved it. great looks. kinda wished i had never sold it. but i was doing a lot of work on the engine and it was a PITA to take on and off every time lol. regardless, with that, you might need to get a longer breather tube. anyway, pretty much was zman said. tape things so you know where they go, and take pics if you have to. and beer will help a lot lol.

I've only done 1 intake swap and it took me 5 hours including a run to the parts store, granted my engine doesn't sit partially under the cab like your Rams do...

about 1-2 days.
when i did mine, i also did the water pump, timing chain, rear seal, tuneup, and others, and did NOT get in a hurry, and made several trips to the parts store, and it took me several days and evenings.

while the intake is off is a really good time to replace dist cap, rotor, and wires.

some info and pics.

take pictuers before you disassemble and tag everything with white tape so you can label it where it goes. Put all bolts and srews back in there threads so you don't lose them. Take your time and have fun. The sense of accomplishment is worth the sore back and bloody knuckles.
