My dude owns his own shop. Him and his wife. He charges 85 an hr. He teaches auto school as well so I think his is in the top ranks if he teaches auto school. Oh and if yr car fails the emission test he is a emission referee.

i just took my 98 ram in today for the speedometer recalibration and it was only $60. They had to get into the abs module or something like that, then they found how many revolutions the tire went in one mile. then they imputed that # into the module. Billion Dodge in Sioux Falls sayed that the 97 dodge is the same

Drive down a street that has one of those "Your speed, 100MPH" boxes and you'll just have to remember the difference from the box to your speedo. Simple, elegant, and best of all FREE!!!!
the last two times i drove past one of those it didn't tell me my speed, it just rapidly flashed "too fast"

Really? Very interesting and thanks for that. Now I'll go back and actually say someone HAS had it done. Or perhaps a different dealership, next closest one to me is about 45 minutes away. Thanks again!
