Didn't measure before we popped the wheels off. Rivets are a pita. My dad grinded the heads off first. Then we beat the hell out of the hangers to get them off. Then my dad drilled out a chunk of each rivit about 1/4" deeper than flush and then we were able to use the air chisel to knock what was left out. You'll have to loosen the gas tank straps to get the rivets on the driver's side also. I'll post some pics in the morning. I don't feel like jacking with the camera right now lol.

It would've been easier with the bed off. We didn't have enough people to pull it though, since my dad has a bad back right now and so does my cousin who lives down the street.

We jacked it up, put jackstands under the frame rails like you see in the pics, and it wasn't too bad. We pulled the rear end and leafsprings all as one, so we had to do some maneuvering to drag it out on the jack. As for drilling the rivets there was just enough room to fit the air drill and bit in without hitting the bottom of my bed.

No big deal. Was kinda disappointed because the previous owner said he upgraded to a LSD, but that would made the gears higher than the 3.55's that're in there. >.<. Wouldn't mind some 3.73's or something around there, but nothin too ridiculous. I'm not running 33's anymore :P

Yea, but my thoughts lean more towards the idea that since your a 2wd, you would have only had to upgrade one axle, think what 3.92, or 4.10 gears would have felt like.....

I have been toying with the idea of painting my door/tailgate handles and mirrors white to complete the color-matched Sport theme (surprised the factory didn't do it originally). After seeing your truck that way I think I will be doing it soon. Did you do any special prep. I'm going to remove mine and do them in a booth rather than try to paint them on the truck.
