Default 1995 ram tuning options

Does mopar make a performance ecu for the 95? or does anyone know another option since all the programmers are for obd2 engines.

There is a Mopar Performance PCM. Try ebay, but IIRC Summit and Jeg's has them.

It's not a tuner, so you are limited. Someone else that actually has one may chime in. But as as far as whether or not it's worth the money, I think your money is better spent on upgrading the plenum plate and other mild performance upgrades like exhaust and intake and such.

If by turtle you mean an APS or Hughes plate, Don't waste your time with anything else, trust me I know.

I'm stupid and will catch hell from the rest of the regulars here, but, what the hell are you talking about? If you are going to just replace the gasket and not the plate, cut the un threaded part of the bolts off at least, and leave the tools out, because it won't be long until you have to replace it again.
