well i think its cross threaded i mean iv tried every thing and its down to just the top of the filter letf i tried a chisel and hammer to spin the filter but no so what now

bigger hammer and chisel.
vise grips around the threaded plate.
saws-all or hack saw to the threaded plate.

o by the way dj i havent even got to really test drive my truck since all my engine work and the spectre kit god this sucks
you could also try hammering a long punch through the filter closer to the block to get some cranking force on it without mangling it too bad. just do it off center so you don't hit the threads.
put a chisel on the mating edge and drive it inwards, splitting the metal plate.
be careful not to scar the mating surface of the block.
as soon as you make a little headway, pry the filter edge outwards to create more space.
