Default New PCM

I recieved the P 0601 code last week which ment my pcm is bad. Has anyone replaced their pcm before? If so, where did you go?

I have a guy going to get me a price on one from dodge so I should know tomorrow where that stands. Autozone has one for 266 + core. I have a friend at napa and he gave me a nice attractive price, but he doesn't have any in the warehouse and can't seem to be able to order it either so that really sucks. Is there anywhere else I missed that I should look into?

Thanks in advance,
pcfixerpro

no personal experience, but this looks respectable. $189, no tax, free ship.

It took long enough for this thread to come about.

I dont like the idea of them calibrating it with the latest software. The only thing that brings to mind is the software update that everyone calls the death flash..

It's actually pretty amazing that a 2001 ECM has gone out while the older models are still running strong. Just goes to show ya, newer isn't always better.
