Its not the relay, I swapped a few different ones in there.

Likely the ground... the horns worked fine when I tested them right off the battery, so it must be the ground.

Just another thing: The stock horns are just merely electric motors. They can and will just quit working with out warning. Usually they start to sound weak before they die, but they can still just lock and quit.

When I bought my truck, I hit the horn button, and nothing. I replaced the fuse, and it just blew right away. Then, after being on here, I read that since my cruise control didn't work, and my airbag light was on, plus the horn problem, it was my clockspring. I spent fifty bucks on it the other day, I hope that fixes it...

I installed N ir horn from a semi connected to a 7 gallon air tank.. works great and I have less than $50 in it

Yeah I have a set of air horns hooked up in my car, I'll probably get some for the truck too, but I'd like to have the stock horns working as well.
