This is from cars.com

2002 Dodge Ram 2500

Available Engines:
215-hp, 5.9-liter I-6 (diesel)
235-hp, 5.9-liter I-6 (diesel)
245-hp, 5.9-liter I-6 (diesel)
245-hp, 5.9-liter V-8 (regular gas)
305-hp, 8.0-liter V-10 (regular gas)
Available Transmissions:4-speed automatic w/OD

So I'm a guessing you could. I'd love to have the regular cab V-10 with the 5-speed manual....can't believe they made a whole bunch of those.

Same bore, lots of commonalities with the 5.9. Here is a link to everything you wanted to know, but were afraid to ask. http://www.allpar.com/mopar/V10.html
