Id love a 408, but i dont have the money for the the rest of the drive train required lol

What sort of drivetrain upgrades are required? You said your trans was good right?

Hell I had my bike out three times all year and thats only because a friend bought a Harley and wanted to ride... not that there not a BLAST I just never find the time or the friends to ride with myself.

And while I own a cruiser I have been told by many including my exgirlfriend that sportbikes are a more comfortable ride soo...
i beg to differ i have owned alot of bikes from late 70's cruisers to a 80 intercepter 500, gsxr 750/900 9.12 1/4 mile,98 katana 750,96 katana 600 with gsxr internals, 600 shadow vlx, a 1250cc 101rwhp 2002 sportster and my current 99 electra glide 1550cc dresser... the harleys are the most comfortable so far on my dresser i average 43mpg and have lots of torque.. i will never go back to a rocket again...

in so saying since i have a bike if i had 5g's to spend i would cam my truck a airgapper efi intake and longtubes what 1500 their.... then repaint my bike and ad a set of gear drives to my bike and port the heads.. what i am saying if you have enough to buy a bike buy a cheaper one and spend the rest on your truck... by the way i spend for full coverage including custom acessories 440 a year april to october.....

Nah I was just curious... I mean he has 4.10 or better, The stock rear is plenty strong for 408, he said the trans was good. Says he has the HS rr's waiting and already has the SCT tuner. I'm just wondering what the rest of the drivetrain required is that he was talking about besides the 408 build.
