ok i found the only truck that should be an option to replace a 2nd gen with. only two issues i see with it, 1. its an auto. 2. it has the electronic transfer case, personally i like the manual.

I wouldn't pay $32,000 for that truck. You can get a better deal than that, just shop around. And hold out for what you want. If you want a manual transmission (and I'll never buy another truck with an auto again) then hold out for it.
