Mine are like stepping on a rock. You have to be careful with 'em to keep from locking up the rears when empty......

Do you have a leaking wheel cylinder?

Nope. Brakes work awesome. Good pedal height, no problems at all. The rears are just touchy because it's a 3/4 ton truck.... and unloaded, the rears are way overkill.
