Wow Jack. Are these the new road friendly Claws (TTC) or the traditional Claws?
I had a set of the traditional ones, 33' also on my old Wrangler and the things were about the most un-friendly road tires I've ever had. GREAT off-road and trail tire, but the pavement chewed them up pretty bad and they were downright squirrelly on wet pavement.
Rule of thumb is to run them at 80% of the rated cold PSI capacity for road use and I'd tend to rotate them OFTEN, 6k max and really 3k wouldn't be too often...

pics?
and i hve some Courser A/T 2 10 ply's on my truck...cold PSI says 80psi, and i run them at 50 psi.....have about 10K miles on them, havent done a rotation but they are still pretty much new looking... about 90% tread on front, and about 80% on the rear...ive only peeled out twice, and i try not to spin them bad when im mudding...i worry about chipping.
So like Hammer said run it under what the cold psi says and they will last

Keep an eye on the tread pattern and see if they're wearing evenly or if the center is taking all the abuse. Adjust up or down accordingly. I just put Mickey Thompson MTZ 305/70-16's on my 2500. I'm running 45 front and 40 back, but I'll air them up when towing. I'm keeping an eye on them and I plan on rotating every 5k.
