actually its not all that blinding, and im not coming from a onsided opinion i have done an essay and research on this in school before. and i have never been blinded by hids even with his and lows on at the same time. could be cuz im not retarded and stare at the lights. and how is it an adults point of view? because your old and your eyes hurt?

 

I give up.....you can see more with kc daylighter on too why dont you just use them?.....they are illegal to use on the streets for the same reason hids in the wrong housings are a danger.
some of the aftermarket replacement housings I've seen have a sticker on them that say HID's not allowed because of the fact that they can melt certian housings as well as the fact that they will blind other like highbeams even when on lowbeam.

 

okay good give up this wasnt for complaints it was for questions not for someone to raint on how they hate hids i could careless.

 

I'm not old chief....and when someone is behind tyou with these lights they shine directly into your mirror reflecting into your face....you should be intelligent enough to understand when someone points a spotlight into your face to dont have to be staring at it to be blinded......I guess I expect too much.

When the HID are switched to high beam it takes a few second to warm up the lights.

At that moment you can barly see nothing.

That is the reason that the low light should stay on.

I dont hate them....I'm getting them....because I already bought the correct housings for them...thats my point!

 

i have been behind people and have no problems with it ive never been blinded like i said my friends have them so obviously ive been in front of it in a truck and in a lower vehicle, but im not complaing cuz ive never had a problem with them

 

and thats a good one I wasnt aware of.....I wonder if all HID's have this warm up period?

 

yes they do need time to warm up but there is a plug for it, its an eliminator one it should do the job, but it takes time to warm up because its such a high voltage and the ballast needs to warm up
