ZMAN I was just wondering if this was a common issue, I thought I was just lucky to have it break there.
Cause I got that special truck and I have that special luck happening too...LOL
Ok then. Well sounds like another weekend project. So run tank to about empty. That's not hard. tehe Then drop the tank and look for pinhole leaks. Should I have the misses push on the pedal to make sure or could that make it worse?
Can't hurt to have her do that. Look at all the lines everywhere when she does that. You also might be able to see up on top of the tank with a flashlight. If you can't, just lower it enough to see, this way you don't have to deal with disconnecting the fuel pump fittings.
Yea good idea. I heard the connectors are a pain. Hopefully we will have another nice weekend and I won't have to bother my buddy with the lift and heated garage.
I have that same problem with my 97 ram 1500, the lights stay on all the time and sometimes they come off and on randomly i have replaced the same things you have and it dosent fix it!

You may have a connector issue.

Hence the "fairly common" quote. Of course looking at it that way, it's a major problem. LOL
