It was 395 for a new one. They also have a second option in which, you send yours in and they rebuild it for 300.00. So, I didn't want to wait and got a brand new one.

sounds just like the one I got. $185.00 Flashed with lifetime warranty. Good luck it shure worked for me.

Are you sure the other one is dead? I have seen people throw them out before clearing them out. Then, only after the new one powers down, do they realize that the PCM was not dead.
