What the quickest way to get a bit more out of my truck? The programers out there really do all that they claim they can? I.E. Hypertech's Power Programmer III claims a +21HP gain! ??
Pretty much sounds like my truck...unpowered, overweight, aerodynamics of a brick...with rounded corners . Except yours is faster (lucky bastage).

The fine print on the programer reads that you'll get this kind of gain only if you run premium gasoline with the tune. You'll have to decide if that's worth the extra cost.

Look at the bright side I get 10ish with 2wd and almost stock sized tires but I can go a little faster all the way to the end of the speedo, I can get to 100 no problem

...because that extra diff is lowering their MPG's severely. 4 bangers are the way to go if you want good mileage. Or you can get a skateboard and just use your feet like Fred Flinstone.

on flat ground kinda bumpy but not down hill i got mine up to 108 with just hardland sharps and K&N . now with my superchips same road i got to 115.

And i have blown plenum and 35s with stock gears.

But it also depends on how well you take care of your truck. mine always gets its oil changed on time and all.
