The best 14x3 for the money?
Umm wow, D: All of the above? All parts stores and online parts sources sell 14x3's. My RAC is an AEM DryFlow. I clean it at every service on my truck. The AEM flows alot of air, and since its a dry filter you don't have to oil it. Just wash it and let dry, and reinstall. I have a regular paper filter that came with my Edelbrock that I use while my AEM is out and drying.
mr. gasket 14x3 30ish$ no spacer needed to clear throttle cables or sensor wires.
k&n 14x3 filter 50ish$ never needs replacing, clean whenever its dirty (about every 30-50k miles.
i got mine at advance.

Thank Mud, there is a DIY for doing the RAC conversion. You have to bend an s bolt( made from 5/16" diameter all thread). The Edelbrock was 30, the AEM was 50. Both available from Summit
