they are easy to adjust there is one screw that adjusts for up and down and another for left or right.... mine only needed to be lowered a tad since the nice thing about projectors is the narrow beam and sharp cut off.....I should add I'm using the bulbs they came with (55w) I want to upgrade to silverstars when I have the extra $40...times

you can run hid in the projector housing in your trucks. hids actually run cooler than halogen lights they even use less watts. all u have to worry about is making sure that you bulb is not to close to your procetor lends because that is what causes your lens to melt but as long u get an hid kit that uses the same bulb you are using in ur projector for example my hids used an h7 so i bought an h7 hid kit and it worked fine. you just cant buy the 9004 which i think is the stock bulb you have to go buy what ur projecto came with.

If you want the real answer.. lol.. I've owned two 2nd gen ram's before. And many car's, etc, that I've put projector headlights in. Beware of this first, your projected light will be HORRIBLE compared to OEM. On both my ram's that I put those style projector's in, the light was basically like the headlights were off. Completly worthless. However, they did look good with the angel eye's. But... wasn't really worth it. I would go with a euro diamond style light. That is what I did on my 3rd 2nd gen ram. It made it look much newer, and the light was great! Esp for offroading. The tiny little glass orb's on projectors are really bad. I have them on my showcar camaro and I have to switch to hi-beam's(which are in an open euro diamond style pocket) to be able to see on the road. The regular bulbs in the projector's(little glass orb's), you can't see anything. I have an 02 ram (3rd gen) at the moment and I run the stock lights, even though the aftermarket projector's look really good, I know the functionality will be 0%. And always buy from ebay, their prices are much cheaper. And as for HID's, yes, they are 100x better then bulbs in every way. (Heat, power consumption, light output)

And one more thing I forgot to mention. If you get a projector light with "angel eyes", BE SURE TO GET THE LED version. The LED's will last forever. I had very expensive "cold cathode" technology for a set of angel eyes on my camaro, and even though they look AMAZING at first, because the angel eyes are solid and very bright, and great looking, the COLD CATHODES will burn out quickly, so as soon as one of my rings started fading, flickering, and then dieing out completly I had to replace the whole set, because I didn't want to drive around with 3/4 angel eyes lit up(looked bad). Just a word of caution.
