rear of the throttle body. maintains idle speed by controlling the air that bypasses the closed throttle plate. tempermental little bastard.

 

swap the ASD relay with your fog light or horn relay and see if it does it again. i had the same issues when i had a bad ASD relay and i replaced the tps and iac before i found out about the asd relay. so i spent 100$ on parts before i found out that it was a 10$ relay.
