went to the machine shop and it cost me 40 bucks to make mine look like this.

GET A HUGHES OR APS PLENUM PLATE so you dont have to worry about the plenum gasket again (this allows oil to leak into manifold when blown)

this gave me better gas milage with those (13-14 city, and about 17-18 highway in my 5.9L with 196K no joke)

and my oil PSI is at like 55-60

Plenum will eat oil, and every second gen ram will have a problem with the plenum. it was a poor design on Dodges part. They've done a "Deathflash" to re-tune the computer to cope with the leaking plenum instead of actually fixing it....if your truck ha had this done i think you need to get it reprogrammed

by the way the Plenum is the plate bolted to the bottom of the manifold if you didnt know.

the plenum does nothing...you can actually get manifolds that are sealed on the bottom. (Hughes airgap intake)

http://hughesengines.com

dont just get a new plenum plate, get the Hughes reienforcment Plenum. It basically eliminates it and you dont have to worry about it again.

i have the Hughes Plate, and i love it...and since my manifold is clean inside...and i have the Plate, it runs so good, you can feel it has way moe airflow, and runs 100x better
